GladiatorFit | About
Where to start? I have always been a fitness fanatic, loving all kinds of sport. However, at the age of 14 I started athletics and never looked back. I now train 6 days a week, often twice a day. I have competed for Scotland since 2001 and my most successful achievement came in 2010, when I represented Scotland at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
I know how important it is to have goals that are maintainable and achievable and I know more than anyone, that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible.
Why the name GladiatorFit? Well for those who don't know, in 2009 I won the television series Gladiators. It was after this that I decided to set up my personal training business with the name GladiatorFit!
Gaining my personal training qualification was one of the best things I ever did.
My training provider, Future Fit, are one of the UK's leading fitness providers. They offer a first class service, allowing you to learn all you need to know about the fitness Industry and how to apply these skills to become the best personal trainer you can be.
